図書館システム更新に伴う一部サービスの停止について（8/6-7）/ Suspension of Library Services due to UTokyo Library System Update (8/6-7)

東京大学附属図書館では、2026年8月10日（月）に図書館システム更新を予定しています。これに伴い、医科研図書室では以下の通り一部サービスが停止いたします。
ご不便をおかけし申し訳ございませんが、ご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。

サービス停止期間：8月6日（木）～8月7日（金）

  • 貸出・返却
    他の図書館・室からの取寄せ資料の貸出ができません。
    医科研図書室資料の貸出は、紙の図書貸出票にて行います。図書事務室にてお手続きください。
    ※停止期間中の貸出・返却データがOPACに反映されるのは、8月13日（木）以降となります。
  • 利用登録
    図書館利用登録の新規・更新受付ができません。
  • 文献取寄せサービス（論文コピー、図書）
    MyOPACからのお申込ができなくなります。8月10日（月）9:00以降にお申し込みください。
    またこの停止期間前後のお申込みについては、通常より時間を要することが見込まれます。ご了承ください。

UTokyo Library System will be updated on Monday, August 10, 2026. Consequently, some library services will be temporarily suspended as detailed below. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Changes to Library Services: Thursday, August 6 – Friday, August 7

  • Borrowing & Returns
    You cannot borrow materials requested from other libraries.
    To borrow IMSUT Library materials, please fill in "Book Borrowing Form" at the library office.
    *Any changes in the loan status of materials borrowed or returned during this period will not be reflected on the OPAC until Thursday, August 13 or later.
  • User Registration
    We will temporarily suspend all new registrations and renewals.
  • Delivery of Books / Copies
    You will no longer be able to submit requests via MyOPAC. Please submit your requests after 9:00 a.m. on Monday, August 10.
    Please note that requests submitted around this suspension period may take longer than usual to process.

図書事務室の夏季休業について（8/10-12）/ Library Office will be closed during IMSUT summer vacation (8/10-12)

事務部一斉休業等に伴い、図書事務室も8/10（月）～12（水）にかけて休業いたします。
ご不便をおかけいたしますが、何卒ご了承ください。

なお、閲覧室は通常の夜間・土日祝日と同様にご利用いただけます。
入室に際しては、事前に時間外利用の申請が必要です。

Please be noticed that the Library Office of IMSUT will be closed on August 10th and 12th.
Library (Reading room) will be available for IMSUT members who completed the necessary procedures BEFOREHAND, in the same way as usual holidays. Please see the details below.

1号館停電に伴う入室停止について（2026/2/14） / Suspension of entry due to a power outage(2026/2/14)

1号館の停電に伴い、以下の日時は図書室への入室ができません。
ご不便をおかけいたしますが、何卒ご了承ください。
2026年2月14日（土） 9:00～12:00
＊時間外利用登録済の方も、入口扉の電気錠が作動しないため入室できません。
＊図書室内からの退室は可能です。

Due to a power outage in Building 1, the library will be closed from 9:00 to 12:00 on Saturday, February 14th.
