図書事務室は、12/28(土)～1/5(日)の間休室します。
ご不便をおかけいたしますが、何卒ご了承ください。

なお、閲覧室は通常の土日祝日と同様にご利用いただけます。
入室に際しては、事前に時間外利用の申請が必要です。

図書室の時間外利用について（入室方法変更 2024.10.17～）/ Notice of change in admission method for library After-hours use (After October 17th, 2024) （2024/10/07掲載）

医科学研究所図書室ではセキュリティの向上を目的として、図書室入口に入退室システムを導入します。
これにより、時間外（夜間・休日）の入室方法が、従来のナンバーロック式からICカード読取式へ変更となります。

【導入スケジュール】

  • 2024.10.17（木）9:00～17:00
    入退室システム設置工事（多少工事音が発生しますが、図書室利用は通常どおり可能です）
  • 2024.10.17（木）17:00～
    入退室システム稼働（ICカード読取でドアロック解除）
時間外利用をご希望の方は、時間外利用の申請をお願いいたします。
10/17以前の事前申請も受け付けております。
※これまでのナンバーロックを対象とした申請は無効となりますので、ご希望の方は改めて申請をお願いいたします。

The IMSUT Library will be installing an entrance/exit system(IC card reading system) at the library entrance.
When using the library outside opening hours, please touch your ID card to unlock the library entrance.

[Schedule]
  • October 17, 2024, 9:00-17:00
    Installation work (There will be some construction noise, but the library can be used as usual)
  • October 17, 2024, 17:00 onwards
    Entry/exit system operation
In order to use the library 24 hours a day, please apply for After-hours use.
We also accept applications in advance before October 17th.
*Previous applications for number lock will be invalid, so if you wish to use the library 24 hours a day, please apply again.
