Sayuri Seki is a PhD student at the Graduate School of Medicine, University of Tokyo. She is interested in the vaccine strategy for eliciting potent cellular immune responses against immunodeficiency virus infection. She started her research life in her first year of college. Having her Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Tokyo, she obtained her veterinary license in the spring of 2011. She doesn't like animals but her interest in medical science prompted her to tread a difficult path (contact with animals).
