| I have worked on stress response and transcriptional regulation using plants (i.e. Arabidopsis) as a model organism for 4 years. In this process, I got more interested in molecular mechanisms of transcriptional regulation in mammalian system, and decided to switch labs. Now I am tackling the project of searching the novel posttranslational modifications by lipids, which may be involved in transcriptional regulation. Apart from scientific experiments and discussions, I enjoy playing softball with my labmates. |
