Takeo Gorai is a PhD student and is working on the interaction between influenza viral life cycle and host cellular mechanisms in the institute of medical science, the University of Tokyo. With his master's thesis on identification and analysis of host factors which plays an important role in influenza viral budding, he was conferred a master's degree from the University of Tokyo in 2010. Now, he is interested in the establishment of treatment approach for viral infection based on the host factors which help viral life cycle.
