Clément Chapat is a PhD student from the Centre de Recherche en Cancérologie de Lyon. He performed his university cursus at the Ecole Normale Supérieure of Lyon, where he received a Bachelor's degree in molecular and cellular biology, following by a research masters degree in biosciences. The main aspect of his thesis consists in the elucidation of the role of the hCAF1 deadenylase in the regulation of STAT1-dependent transcription in human cells.
