Laboratory of Sequence Analysis

We are studying the information technology for high-speed and high-accuracy analysis of genome data including whole genome sequencing data, multi-omics data such as RNA, and single-cell sequencing data produced by the most advanced high-speed sequencer. Using the supercomputer SHIROKANE, we are approaching this problem theoretically and practically. Our mission is to apply information technologies from this basic research to improve genomic medicine.
