Activities

Division of Molecular and Medical Genetics has been continuously carrying out research into the development of fundamental gene therapy techniques with the adeno-associated virus vector. The main research theme is the development and clinical application of gene and cell therapies using viral vectors for diseases where fundamental therapies are still difficult, such as various neuromuscular diseases.
