Admission Procedure

1) After obtaining permission to enter from your mentor, the General Affairs Section of the Accounting Division will issue a request for an entrance examination fee payment. After payment, attach Form C of the payment slip on the application for admission and submit it with other required documents to the Research Support Office of the Administrative Department (1st floor of the 1st building of IMSUT)at least 1 month before the day you start work.


Required documents:
œApplication for admission (your mentor will prepare)@(first page of the file, in Japanese)
œConduct Agreement@
œCV (free format. your name, nationality, date of birth, age, sex, address, picture, serial number of your alien registration card, type of visa and expiration date of your visa should be included.)
œLetter of consent from your current affiliation (if needed)@


2) We issue a request for admission fee payment when the letter of acceptance has been issued. Please pay the admission fee by the deadline and submit Form C to the Research Support Office of the Administrative Department (1st floor of the 1st building of IMSUT). As soon as your payment has been confirmed, you are officially admitted and we issue a letter of acceptance.

Payment
Tuition fee should be paid in advance at 3- or 6-month intervals.

Time of payment:
If you pay every 3 months ---> April, July, October, January
If you pay every 6 months ---> April, October

Paid tuition fees are not refundable.


Extension Procedure
When extending the study duration, please submit the documents noted below to the Research Support Office of the Administration Department (1st floor of the 1st building of IMSUT) at least 1 month before the expiration date. If the procedure isn't completed on time, your study duration will terminate upon the expiration of the term.

Withdrawal Procedure
If you leave the institute during the period, please submit the document noted below to the Research Support Office of the Administration Department (1st floor of the 1st building of IMSUT) by the 10th of the month prior to your date of departure. Please note that any tuition fees already paid are not refundable.
